Our mission at The Well is to make much of Jesus, by reproducing disciples, who impact the world, for the glory of God. Simply put, we want to Exalt, Disciple, and Send! We’re blessed by God to have an amazing team who helps our Family in accomplishing this mission. With our vision to send 100 church planters and 100 missionaries in the first 50 years of our existence, we know we’ll need to continue to see our team grow, in order that more disciples can be made! If you have a heart for ministry and believe that God has called you to serve on our team, please review the available positions below.

CHURCH PLANT RESIDENT

We’re looking for a full-time church planting resident who feels the call to plant a church for the expansion of the Kingdom and the glory of our God. This two-year residency would help equip the church planter in the gifts, disciplines, and convictions it takes to plant a church, along with training them in their overall character, pastoral calling, and ministry skill. We are at capacity for current residents, but new positions will open up soon. Until then, we’d encourage you to apply if interested, so we can begin to collect information through various CP Assessments.
