ADAM WATSON

MISSIONS PASTOR

Born in Washington, D.C., and raised by a pastor and a teacher, God gave Adam a heart for the local church at a young age. Adam and his beautiful bride, Laura, were married in November 2014 and have one daughter, Lucy. 

Adam’s journey has taken him around the country and around the

world. He has previously served on staff with several churches and
mission’s organizations. He graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX where he and Laura met. He also graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary with a Masters in Christian Leadership.

Adam is passionate about equipping God’s people to share the love of Jesus, serve the church, go on mission, and live in true community. Adam desires to help others envision how they can share the hope of Jesus as they live out their God-given purpose in the context of community. He enjoys exploring the outdoors with Laura and Lucy, playing basketball, and enjoying meals with friends. Adam’s heart is for the local church in Austin to thrive so that many may know the love of Jesus around the world!
